Maria is the fiancée of Scotland Yard officer Fred Abberline.

Maria has blue eyes and long, light-brown hair that is tied up and swept to her left side.[1] She is shown to be pregnant with Fred Abberline's child. Her pregnancy prompts Fred to decide to marry her.[2]

Maria talks to Louise when she discovers that Ciel had left her a rather large pile of his company's toys for her unborn child as well as a letter. When she reads Ciel's letter, she breaks down in tears.[1]
