The Lark Photographic Studio is the base of operations of Pitt and a shop in London.
Overview[]
The shop offers a wide range of photographic services: from portrait carte-de-visite to commemorative photographs of masquerade balls.[1]
Requesting a tableau vivant with the theme "The Legend of King Arthur" is a code to indicate Pitt to lead the orderer to the sewers beneath the studio.[2]
Structure[]
The shop area of the Lark Photographic Studio is small and decorated with various photographies and portraits and photography paraphernalia. There is a fireplace, and different stools and tapestries to use as backdrops are stored in a corner.[3] The entrance to the darkroom is hidden behind a tapestry depicting a fortress surrounded by darkness.[4]
Beyond the darkroom, there is a staircase which leads to the underground waterway running below London.[5]
History[]
The studio used to belong to Vincent Phantomhive. At some point, he appointed Pitt as its manager.[4]
Blue Memory Arc[]
In November 1889, when the Phantomhive household is chased by Scotland Yard, they escape through the sewers underneath the Lark Photographic Studio with Pitt's assistance.[6]
