The TV Animation: Kuroshitsuji II Final Record (TVアニメーション「黒執事II」Final Record, TV Animation: Kuroshitsuji II Final Record) is the official guidebook to Kuroshitsuji II. It contains several anime illustration galleries, cast interviews with the voice actors, and a message from series creator Yana Toboso. The first seventy-eight pages of the book are in full color. The guidebook has a total of seven records (chapters), four of which are studio art galleries, and three of which contain articles explaining the various processes involved in the production of the anime.

Record 1: Butlers Dressed in Black[]

Covering pages 6–25, the first illustration gallery features 20 pages of character artwork. Characters in order of appearance:

Record 2: The Return of the Queen's Watchdog[]

Record 4: The Delighted Spectacles[]

The fourth record, pages 47–56, consists of ten pages of scenery from the Phantomhive and Trancy manors, the Labyrinth of Mind, the London outskirts, and stills from the opening and ending themes of Kuroshitsuji II.

Record 5: Waltzing Off in the Dark, Dancing Off in Black[]

The fifth record showcases character designs and accompanying stills from the anime. Characters in order of appearance:

Victorian Column[]

The Victorian Column is an interlude between chapters. Covering pages 76–77 and 86, the column highlights elements of the Victorian Era that were adapted to the anime.

Record 6: The Ode to the Pure Souls[]

The sixth record features an eight-page summary of the anime and the OVA "Ciel In Wonderland" accompanied by studio artwork.

Record 7: Shape of Their World[]

The seventh and final record contains 13 pages of character, logo, and background set design, highlighting the manors, tea sets, and other settings in the TV series. In the final pages of the book, a special message from Yana Toboso is accompanied by her own drawings of core characters from the anime's second season.
