THE MANGA
On June 18, 2024, Chapter 213 of the manga was released. With its release, it was announced that the manga would go on an indefinite hiatus. Chapter 213 is the last chapter for the foreseeable future.
Official statement by Monthly GFantasy (the magazine that publishes Kuroshitsuji):
Yana Toboso released a statement of her own as well shortly afterwards.
Has the manga been on hiatus before? No. This is the first time. (The publication of a chapter (Chapter 56) was once delayed by a month in respect of the 2011 earthquake and tsunami. Chapter 56 was published in the same month as Chapter 57 instead.)
Why is the manga going on hiatus? Yana said that she thought about going on a hiatus before (e.g. with the 100th chapter or the manga's 15th anniversary) but never pulled through. This time she decided to coincide her hiatus with the conclusion of the anime's Season 4 (June 22, 2024). Yana wants to use the hiatus to rest, do research, and prepare for the manga's climax.
Does that mean the manga is ending soon??? No, it will likely continue for several more years, but it seems to be in the "last stretch."
When will the hiatus start? Immediately. Kuroshitsuji will be absent starting from Monthly GFantasy's August 2024 issue. The August issue will be published in July. The latest chapter (Chapter 213) was published in the July 2024 issue (cover shown below) which was released on June 18, 2024.
The August issue? Not the issue from August? Yes. The magazine's statement refers to the upcoming August 2024 issue, not the issue that will be released in August (that would be the September 2024 one).
When will the hiatus end? It's an "indefinite" hiatus with no set end date yet.

THE ANIME
On June 22, 2024, the anime's fourth season, Kuroshitsuji: Public School Arc, aired its last episode, "His Butler, Taking Off."
However, the final episode did not only adapt the entirety of Chapter 85 (the last chapter of the Public School Arc) but also the first few pages of Chapter 86 (the first chapter of the Emerald Witch Arc).
Despite the tease, no formal announcement of a Season 5 (or Season 4 Cour 2) has been made so far (as of me writing this post on June 23).
The anime will very likely continue (if they had no plans whatsoever, they would not have bothered to include any content from the Emerald Witch Arc), but there has been no info on that yet.
That's why there is no info/page on the wiki for a Season 5. There is simply no info to give right now.
Season 4 was announced at last year's Anime Expo. They might announce its continuation at this year's Anime Expo (July 4-July 8) then; however, this cannot be said with certainty. We have to wait for now.

S4 SPOILERS ON THE WIKI
Lastly, all S4 spoilers will be uncovered next weekend (June 29/30). A spoiler notice will be put out on the affected pages (the headmaster, the P4, their fags, Weston College, etc.) to signal that and warn readers not to proceed if they have not watched the season yet, or have not finished it. That extra spoiler notice will then stay for about a month. (I suppose that's long enough?)
Manga spoilers will remain hidden, of course.
