It's possible.. but now I'm more concerned with the fact that the hotel manager knew O!Ciel and Sebastian's identities. Could he be the hidden ally for them? If he declares he's their enemy, this chapter will run very shortly (and I doubt there will be flashback to be shown to prolong chapter)

I just think that after the incident at Heathfield Manor both the organization and the Yard will be after her. I hope so because Ciel and his friends need all the help they can get.
